SummaryThe Virtual Library of Sport website is an massive resource which contains information and links to a raft of different sports. It is organised into ball, wheel, water, outdoor and 'the rest' categories. What is particularly good about this website is that the resource is maintained by website visitors and volunteer librarians. Can you think of any learners that you work with that could become a librarian? There are certainly contexts, especially within community based learning centres where certain groups of learners would really enjoy the kudos of becoming a librarian and contribute to the resource.
